ROBERT LAURO, PRINCIPAL - MANAGING PARTNER
President & Chief Executive Officer of The Lauro Group, Co-Owner of Phronesis Engineering and Managing Member of Total Permits, LLC, Robert provides civil land use consulting services tailored to support real estate development goals for local, regional, national and international organizations.
Total Permits work focuses on commercial land development, emphasizing transparency, efficiency and accountability. They provide land use approvals, permitting and entitlement services to clients mainly in the Tri-State, New York Metro market, focusing on real estate development throughout the Northeast.
Robert previously served as Principal at Bohler Engineering, providing land development consulting and site design services. Prior to that, he was an Engineer at Mobil Oil.
Robert holds a Bachelor's Degree from Northeastern University and an Engineering Degree from MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), demonstrating applied engineering principles.
THOMAS M. SCHIAVONE, DIRECTOR OF ENTITLEMENTS
Over 40+ years of Real Estate experience resulting in long standing and proven relationships with Municipalities, inter-agencies and ancillary agencies (Health, Fire Marshals, DPW, DOT, Agricultural & Markets, SHPO, et al). Management capability of the Entitlement Process including permitting, construction management, C of O procurement for national retail chains.
