KEITH RANG, PRINCIPAL
15+ Years in Entitlement Approvals and Permitting Services relating to National Real Estate & Development Experience. Completed the coordination of over 400 total development projects. Management of the multiple level development process from site selection and due diligence through architecture, engineering, entitlements, construction and project management. Over 5+ years in municipal government, including Village Manager, Assistant Village Manager and Village Clerk responsible for overseeing an entire Village with a population over 20,000 people, and operating budget of 20 million dollars and a staff in excess of 200 people. In addition, Keith is NYS Building Code Certified.

Management capability of the Entitlement Process including permitting, construction management, C of O procurement for national retail chains.
